Modified back workout in my home gym using dumbbells, a barbell and a workout band. I don’t have a lot of weight to work with but getting a great pump is not a problem when I focus on muscle group isolation and contract with each repetition. This week of social distancing has put me in a unique place forcing me to think about a new combination of exercises that I can do at home.
