I haven’t competing in 12 years but I’ve never stopped training with weights and I don’t intend to ever stop if I can help it. Like lots of people I have workout equipment in my garage that was collecting dust and went completely ignored and unused. Now with the Coronavirus lock down, I am so happy that I have this equipment and that I can continue to do some strength training each day. I can easily list 5 reasons why I keep doing my weight lifting rituals to this day, and tomorrow I will share those 5 reasons during my live youtube broadcast. My goal is share what I do and why I do it. And I look forward to learning what you all are doing to maintain your health.
